BEAUTY | Rimmel Stay Blushed Liquid Cheek Tint - Apricot Glow

Recently I came across the Stay Blushed cheek tints at the Rimmel counter in Boots. And obviously I had to have them. I picked one for a friend of mine who was getting married that very week and one for me. The shade I selected for myself was Apricot Glow.

Apricot Glow boasts a peachy-orange shade with no shimmer or glitter whatsoever. It is a pure opaque color with a slight dewiness to it. The tiniest of dot gives decent color payoff and the color is buildeable. Moreover, it doesn't look patchy or made up the more layers you put; granted, you have to have a very gentle hand. If you squish out too much product, you might end up with a lot more color on your cheeks than you wanted. 
Oh, did I mention these are liquid tints? Yes, they are technically liquid as per Rimmel, but have the consistency of cream/gel. They come in cute little tubes that hold 14 gms of product which seems too less I know, but rest assured its going to last a long, very long time. They also have a faint floral scent to it, nothing irritating.

The blending takes about a minute or two to set which gives you ample time to layer on the color if you wish. Once dried, it smooths and sets to a slight satin finish. Lasting power claims to be 24 hours! That's insane, right? I dunno how true it is but it lasted me a good 5 hours without fading.
Stay Blushed comes is four shades in the Middle East: Pop of Pink, Apricot Glow, Sunkissed Cherry, Touch of Berry. There's a fifth one too called Peach Flush, but its not released here maybe because its too similar to Apricot Glow. Overall, these are great, highly pigmented and very easy to blend. One of my favorites now!

*I haven't blended the swatch properly so as to depict the actual color of the blush. The blended swatch will be much sheerer and natural!

Recommendation: For those who prefer a touch of blush and are not too bothered with a powder and brush, this is a fantastic product. Very easy to apply and great for travel as well!
